FUEL SURCHARGE UPDATE / December 4, 2017
Effective Monday December 4, MLD's Fuel Surcharge will remain at 22.5% of transportation related charges. This Fuel Surcharge will remain in effect until the next scheduled change on Monday January 1, 2018.
